I am a Daman Games user. I made a deposit of 2000 Rs INR to the said platform, but I haven't received it yet into my account.
After taking the matter to online service, I had to wait for an hour; still, no one replied.
Then I submitted the request with a transaction receipt, bank statement PDF, and video proof of the transaction. All they said is payment not received and rejected the request every time.
