I had deposited money in Daman game it got rejected today after three days of depositing and after reject my money didn't come back in my account I have every legal proof of it

I am using Daman games for online gaming and my ID is 692**** today morning I deposited 2000 Rs i haven't received it yet into my account everytime I submit a request it is rejected. Even after uploading bank statement and video proof of my transaction my amount has still not been credited and I am being told deposit not received.

This is the worst platform i have ever came across.
